We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Stream IQ Hub subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Stream IQ Hub orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us via the support address listed inside your account and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Digital products from other creators

Digital products sold on the Stream IQ Hub marketplace by third-party creators are also processed by Paddle and covered by the same 30-day guarantee unless the listing states otherwise.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
