30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Stream IQ Hub subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments, receipts and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for Stream IQ Hub orders. To request a refund:

• Email us at streamiqhubcom@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the receipt or order reference, or
• Reply to the payment receipt you received by email after your order.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.

Digital products from other creators

Digital products sold on the Stream IQ Hub marketplace by third-party creators go through the same checkout and are covered by the same 30-day guarantee unless the listing states otherwise.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
